- 2019
Founders Meet at Georgian College
Chris and Rob first cross paths in the Sport Administration program at Georgian College, laying the foundation for what would eventually become GLSM. Together, they co-coached the Georgian Grizzlies men's and women's hockey teams, capturing a Frost Cup championship and multiple tournament titles while building a shared philosophy centered on leadership, player development, and team success.

The Reunion
After graduation, Chris and Rob reconnect while working together at the Sensplex, a premier hockey facility and the official practice home of the Ottawa Senators. Surrounded by players, coaches, and hockey professionals every day, their shared vision for athlete development begins to take shape once again.
- 2023
Junior Hockey
Chris and Rob join the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League, gaining firsthand experience in junior hockey operations, player recruitment, scouting, and athlete development. This chapter strengthens both their partnership and their commitment to helping players reach the next level.
- 2026
GLSM Launch
Following Rob's Barkley Cup Championship and EOJHL General Manager of the Year honours, alongside Chris's successful international coaching experience, the vision for GLSM becomes a reality. The company's first development camps are launched, and its inaugural group of athletes officially join the GLSM family.

Our journey is just beginning. We are committed to expanding our scouting network across North America and Europe, consulting with minor hockey associations and organizations, growing our player development programs, and helping the next generation of athletes reach their full potential.
